Return & Refund Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from AP & Company. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. In store and online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Return Instructions

To begin a return, you can contact us at [email protected] or at 573-424-4903. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are local, you can return your item in store.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item. Please email us photo proof. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

 

SHIPPING

In order to start a return you must contact us via email or phone first. Orders sent back without contact will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) 

  • All US shipping addresses are charged a $8.00 flat rate fee.
  • 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
  • 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
