SHIPPING

In order to start a return you must contact us via email or phone first. Orders sent back without contact will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS)

All US shipping addresses are charged a $8.00 flat rate fee.
2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be shipped to AP & COMPANY and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Ship the item back to our address:
